"Easy." Atsuki replied, "But since your powers aren't based from the shadows you'll be slightly disoriented once we come out." He closed his eyes and the three were absorbed into the shadows and reappeared outside.
control, "Ok now lets get serious shall we......"

"Yes." Atsuki replied, pulling the neck of his shirt aside and pressing his fingertips to a small, oddly drawn design.

Avella was still for only a few seconds before dark wings sprouted from her spine gracefully lifting her into the air.
Appearing outside, Aedin stumbled a bit before regaining

"I will hold her off" Aedin said smiling as he wound his wires around everything there to keep her from just flying off. "Now lets begin" He added pulling them pinning her to the ground slicing deeply into her wings and back.

Avella pulled herself to her feet, sending electrical bouts of her shadow energy along the wires and up over Aedin's gloves and arms. The wires digging into her flesh went unfelt and she lifted herself, and inadvertantly him, high into the air.

Atsuki quickly followed, his own wings sprouting from his spine.

"That won't work again" Aedin said laughing as he sent to current back with his own powers and pulled her back down to the ground cutting deeper.

Avella, however, didn't even get close to the ground. The power had come back at her, but she didn't feel it, her body didn't feel anything. She fell into a dive and cut his hindring wires from her body with her sword.

Smiling, Aedin took off his gloves and wrapped the various wires dangling over her around her swiftly cutting farther as he pulled them tighter and tighter.

Avella leapt at Aedin, swiping at his body with her sword. The wires melted as the intensity of her power reached a peak.

As the blade cut through the illsion of Aedin, the real one appeared kicking the back of her head with his heels from a backflip. "Atsuki hurry up this is getting annoying she has raw power but no control it will kill her soon if we don't stop her" Miora order the doctor to get the reversing agent for the sedative he gave her immediately tell him i said so...

The flaming shadows licked at Aedins legs, burning him as he kicked her, and Avella turned to face him, moving up and striking him in the jaw easily.

Atsuki hovered just below the pair, looking for an opening or a weakness in the flow of power surrounding Avella.

As another of his illusions was destroyed by the mindless girl, Aedin appeared beside Atsuki saying, "I just told Miora to get the reversing chemical for the sedative he gave her that should make this fight much quicker if she does..."

"Yes, it should. By the way, your pants are on fire." Atsuki said in a bored tone.

Looking down quickly putting them out, Aedin said laughing, "Damn she caught me before i could replace myself with an illusion."

"She's getting faster." Atsuki replied, the mark on his chest beginning to glow, "I'm almost ready."

"That was just from the intensity of her magic" Aedin said, "Now i guess i am going to have to take the kid gloves off" he added as his blade started to glow brightly.

Moira responds. YOU NEED TO STOP BEING SO HARD HEADED! WHY DO YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO JUMP IN HEAD FIRST! AS FOR SAVING MY ASS I DID NOT ASK YOU TO DO THAT! Moira appears with the doctor. "What could be an effective refersal for her sleep." I am not that skilled in this feild.

"The reversal for the SEDATIVE" Aedin shouted annoyed, "now go get it or don't come back on risk of DEATH" he added disappearing.

Moira doesn't wait on the doctors words because she remembers the solution. She tries to work quickly and does manage to come up with the reversal. Honestly that man you would think there was something at stake for him. What does it matter if I do get killed really.

Avella rushed down and attacked both of them, Atsuki ignored the biting of the blade into his arm as the mark glowed brighter.

"Using his own blade, Aedin pushed Avella away swiftly and unleashed an even more powerful blast at point blank disappearing immediately.

Moira appears with it just milseconds after the blast. She latches her arms around Avella and makes a small cut then gives her the injection. what does it matter if I do die?I would just be one less gifted person who is not really that gifted. I hope you will get better Avella. I don't know who you are but it seems we are not so different. Moira does get hit in the head and lets go of Avella and falls to the ground.

The mark disappeared from Atsuki's shoulder, "Seal release." He said in a low voice, and the air was suddenly crackling, a test of power between the sheer energy pouring out of Avella and himself.

"Well a battle of brutes is it" Aedin said snickering while taking Miora and disappearing saying, I will be back in a second she just gave her the injection so she should awaken in minutes...I am taking Miora away so she doesn't get caught in the crossfire between the three of us..... Reappearing at the intrance to there base, Aedin set her down and disappeared again reappearing behind Atsuki.

"Best find some place to shelter yourself." Atsuki said, his eyes turning a deep purple, "Or you'll get hurt."

"Don't worry about me...I'm not some powerless fool" Aedin said jumping into a nearby tree rewireing his gloves.

"Never said you were," Atsuki said racing up towards Avella as she dropped down towards them.

They both jabbed forward with their swords, and the resulting explosion of power created a large crater in the earth that was relatively far beneath them, and the trees dissintigrated.

When the dust began to dissipate Avella and Atsuki were visible, just inches from each other, the blade of their swords sticking out of the back of the other.

Disappearing right before the explosion, Aedin reappeared where his perch once stood saying silently, Astuki are you ok....

"Bro...ther?" Avella said in a low voice as blood trickled down over his chin, she felt as though she were looking in a mirror as she felt something warm slipping past her lips.

Jumping down to the center of the crater, Aedin swiftly ran to Atsuki's side saying, "Are you ok Atsuki...Atsuki?!?"

A small smile tugged at the corners of Atsuki's lips, "Well... I didn't see... that one coming." He closed his eyes and drifted into unconsciousness.

Tears fled from Avella's eyes as she collapsed, her body numb and her vision darkening.

"Damn" Aedin said picking them up quickly and disappearing from the crater completely. Reappearing at the infirmary, Aedin screamed loud enough for everyone to hear, "SATUL COME TO THE INFIRMARY NOW" before setting them down and moving so the doctor could do something.

Moira manages to make it back to them and is willing to assist the doctor but questions still fill her mind.

"Amazingly enough..." The doctor said, setting the blood-soaked swords aside, "Neither managed to hit any vital points on the other... Which leads me to assume that they had no intentions of hitting anything vital to begin with." He finished speaking as Satul entered the room, most of his energy having been returned to him.

"We were trying to subdue her not kill her, thats why Atsuki didn't and she thinks he is her brother...." Aedin said to the doctor before turning around seeing Satul standing behind him. "Satul we have her back...but there were complications..."

Moira smiles at the doctor. "Is there anything else you need me for?" Moira is hoping to find something to keep herslef busy with anything. For some reason Aedin's actions have her mind in a whirl of confusion.

"I see..." The doctor nodded, then turned to Moira, "Well... I could use some aid in putting pressure on the lady's wound while I stitch up Atsuki's..."

Stop reading so much into things Moira... Aedin said sighing, "well Satul what do you want me to do now....."


Moira does relax as she smirks a little and responds. You know if I didn't know any better I'd say there is a heart beating somewhere deep down hot shot but that's just me. Anyway never mind me I just need some reflection. Go and do your bidding. Moira does as she is told but then feels lightheaded.

"There's nothing to do just yet..." Satul said simply, "My brother, I believe he may need some medical attention though..."

"What happened to him..." Shade said sighing heavily, why do you keep referring to me as 'hot shot' my name is Aedin and you are annoying me...

Moira is too busy to respond but then she feels weak again as she is dressing Avella's wounds.

Mastudo just walks in and seemingly hugs his sister but it is an energy drain technique. "You ok sis."

Moira only manages to get out.."N..o..." Then she falls on the floor.

Now standing behind Mastudo, Aedin holds a kunai to his throat saying, "what do you think you are doing...she is assisting the doctor and your dark intentions are clear as day to me....."

Mastudo just looks at him. "Oh so you are willing to jump to her aid. There is nothing evil about my intentions sir. You know nothing about our family tradition and you have not a clue on what my birthright entails. She is having second thoughts about staying with us. I am half way tempted to shove her out the door with Satul's premission of course."

"I am willing to jump to anyones aid here that needs it" Aedin snapped bareing his fangs, "and just to amuse me what does your 'family birthright' entail. It had better be good or i will kill you on the spot..."

Mastudo shows no fear. "In our family there is usually an alpha and omega two males. However fate handed mother the card of having a boy and girl. We both are trained and I am the head power in our family not Moira..she tends to forget her place in line. I am to discpline her in whatever fashion I see fit but I will not kill her. She is still my sister after all."

"And what has she done might i ask.." Aedin said knicking his neck with the kunai as his eyes widened and dimmly started to glow.

Mastudo does not even wince. "She is trying to break away from the line. The Omega is suppose to be obediant to the Alpha but she has been rebelling me at every turn. Cut me down if you wish but then Moira will suffer because of it."

"OH really" Aedin said with a sadistic laugh cutting a little deeper as he bared his fangs and his eyes started to glow a deep red.

Moira starts to bleed too and coughs violently. Mastudo smirks and winces slightly.

"You see Aedin, Moira and I are connected so if you kill me then she will eventually die too. Thats part of the line a kinship through blood which is unbreakable."

"So if one dies you all die" Aedin said still laughing wildly, "do you really think i care about that it just means my hands will be stained with the sweet smell of blood and i will taste far more than you" he added cutting slightly deeper again.

Mastudo manages to escape and makes a subsitution. So he is in blood lust this isn't good...

Appearing infront of Mastudo stabbing him in the arm completely ignoring the decoy, Aedin said, "i saw that coming and no it isn't good" before laughing wildly again.

"Aedin, calm down..." Satul ground out, "No need to lose yourself as such here."

Avella stirred slightly, her eyes creeping open.

chuckling wildly still, Aedin didn't even hear Satul in his state, "You are mine now" he said laughing wrapping one of his wires around Mastudo's neck.

Mastudo tries a daring move by grabing the wires and using his sisters whip to send electroitcy through and then he is blasted from the shock out the window.

"Mastudo..." Avella gasped, coughing a little bit of blood up in the process. She painstakingly dragged herself to her feet, "L-leave him alone..."

Laughing still at his attempts to save his life, Aedin said appearing behind him as the illusion he used dicipated from the magic, "this is going to be fun" as he pulled his wires tightly around Mastudo and licked the blood dripping down the wires.

Satul watched in mild amusement as Avella stumbled over to the table where the swords had been laid and lifted them both in her hands. She then moved to the window that Mastudo had broken through and nearly fell to the ground below.

The wound in her stomach throbbed, but she held one of the swords to Aedin's throat and cut the wires using the shadow blade.

As she cut the wires, Aedin's illusion disipated as another set of wires came from the roof wrapping him again and cutting deeper this time, "Noone can save you" Aedin said laughing before looking over to Avella saying, "Not even you."

Avella swayed on her feet and moved over to Mastudo. Slowly, almost painstakingly she pressed her fingers to his forehead and a shadow barrier flitted up over his body, beneath the wires, in an impeniterable casing, "Now you can't harm him." She replied in as even a tone as she could muster.

"Fine but you still can" Aedin said using what little strengh she had left in her to reverse her shield dropping him from the ledge.

"You've taken away the outer protection, sure," Avella couldn't resist a small smirk, "But there is another form of protection that I've put over him that you cannot reverse... That shield was a decoy, and now that the other has had its time to spread throughout his body, it cannot even be reversed by me."

"Eh ok you will do" Aedin said gleeming from the smell of the blood from her, "you taste better anyway" he added now standing behind her jabbing with his sword.

Avella parried the blow, wincing slightly as she stretched muscles that didn't want to be stretched.

"Ah so you still have some fight" Aedin sad gliding by slashing her right side with his claws.

Avella cringed and grabbed her side, "Bastard..." She muttered.

"That i may..." Aedin said laughing wildly again before appearing to her left stabbing with his claws.

Avella sliced into his hand with one of her swords, backing away at the same time.

Looking down at his injured hand, Aedin said laughing even more now, "Ah that actually hurt a little" his blood lust even more driven now as his wound healed. "See just like new" he added from her side digging into her wound.

Avella's hand snapped out and wrapped tightly about his throat, dragging him away from her wound, "You may heal quickly, but you'll die soon enough." She ground out.

"Are you having fun yet" Aedin bellowed inbetween laughs as he jabbed her wound with his claws this time the one from Atsuki pulling back a blood soaked hand licking it as he pryed her hand from his throat.

Avella winced, an unwilling, pained cry slipping past her lips. She stumbled backwards, away from him, panting heavily.

Aedin realized when he opened his hand that he had clawed out something saying smiling while showing her the blood soaked chunk, "does this belong to you."

"You need... to just die already," Avella said, a small line of blood slipping past her lips, "You're terribly annoying..."

Laughing histerically, Aedin said tossing the chunk back to her then disappearing, "here you can have this back...."

Avella dodged it and chased him.

"So you want more abuse do you" Aedin said unable to stop laughing as he disapeared from veiw and reappeared everywhere at once to her eyes.

Avella closed her eyes, ignoring the throbbing ache that lanced through her skull. She could sense him- a single being among many illusions, he was near.

You might want to do somethin Aedin said as a real kunai appeared in all the illusions hands.

"Oh?" She said slowly, making her way over to where the real one's energy was pulsing from, her eyes still closed.

"So you can sense my energy can you....too bad that is the wrong one" Aedin said standing behind her stabbing her in the side with a kunai as all the others flew at her.

"No, I've got the right one." Avella said with a smirk, and a powerful blast of magic emmitted in all directions from her body, decimating all of the illusions.

"The Kunai aren't illusions" Aedin said laughing sadistically form a distance while the Kunai still fly at her as he appeared infront of her after the blast had passed slashing at her with his sword.

Avella parried each of the kunai and his sword away, stabbing him through the side with her own sword. "I know."

Pulling up closer to her driving her blade farther through his body, Aedin said laughing still, "dodge this" As he stabbed strait through the top left side of her chest.

Avella gasped and just barely managed to keep herself from collapsing. Her vision blurred for a moment before clearing, her hands gave an inadvertant jerk on the blade that she held, which bit further into his flesh.

"You just don't get it do you" Aedin said stabbing through her other lung now. "this is over now die gracefully..."he added laughing histerically as he pulled his sword out pulling her from him as well watching his wound heal.

Avella swallowed heavily, finding it nearly impossible so much as to get a single breath into her. She felt something strange welling up within her, a new power perhaps that her mind couldn't yet grasp, the pain was beginning to vanish and suddenly tendrils of white energy filtered through the wounds that covered her body, filling her with warmth.

"Well this makes every thing boreing now i can't kill you because you heal as fast as me....." Aedin said sighing. "Oh well i will go find Mastudo Satul is looking for him anyway he has orders for him..."

When the light faded Avella was left standing, her body fully regenerated, though her powers were still rather low.

"This really sucks too i was enjoying that and you had to go and heal...." Aedin said, "Mastudo, Satul wants you he has a mission...."he added yelling for him.

Avella frowned and glared at him for only a few seconds before fading into the shadows, reappearing several miles away. For now she would escape, later... She would find a way to help everyone.

"SATUL" Aedin shouted starting to come out of his trance as his vision get blurry, "she....has...escaped...." he squeezed out before he collapsed.

Satul said nothing, merely gazed through the window towards the distant shadow of mountains, "Aedin you idiot..." He muttered, "First you try to kill my agents and then you try and kill the girl that is supposed to bring me to victory..."

Cimbing to his feet a few minutes later, Aedin asked Satul, "Where is Mast........damn it happened again didn't it...."

"Yes... it did." Satul stated in irritation.

"This is never happened before until now i can't figure out why nor can i control it...." Aedin said irritated as well. "None the less did i kill anyone this time....."

"No, nor did you manage to bite this time around." Satul replied.

"Well...that is better atleast.....but from what you are thinking the girl escaped again and Atsuki is still in critical right now so its up to me or......you to bring her back....maybe Villen....unless something has happened to him.."

"He's been out on a mission..." Satul said, turning as the door to the room opened.

"Come on now," Villen's voice filtered into the room, "I just need a few stitches, not like the wound's that bad."

"Not that bad!?" Another voice said in incredulity, "Are you kidding? That gifted bitch nearly tore you in half!"

"You're overexaterating..." Villen laughed, blinking when he stepped into the room, "What the hell? What happened here?"

"Me...." Aedin said sighing. "Wait i might be able to get my brother to help....if i can find him that is...."

Moira wakes up and whips the blood from her lips. OH GEE NO WONDER HE HAS SUCH POWER SUCH RAGE! WHERE IS MY BROTHER! She notices her whip gone.

"Satul is my brother on a mission right now..." Aedin said sighing.

Moira does not look at him but just nods as a sign she has heard him. She gets up and looks around for her brother.

"He should be around her somewhere..." Satul replied, "Not sure where though."

"What a mess..." Villen sighed as he was led into the room by a smaller woman who was chasticing him under her breath.

She sat him down on one of the metal tables, "Now then, stay still." She said moving aside for the doctor.

Moira hears a groan from the ground. "BROTHER!" She runs down to him and not really surprising he pushes her away.

"MORIA STOP FAWNING OVER ME I AM ALL RIGHT!" Mastudo scolds but has lost too much blood to move. He lets out a frustrated grump.

"Good timing Miora, Go find my brother Adrien" Aedin said walking over to Mastudo.

Moira nods while saying, "Take care of him Aedin..."Maybe there would be something to live for...even though my brother is mean he does not deserve to have life sucked out of him. She goes in search of Adrien.

"Matsudo" Aedin said continuing walking towards him taking off his gloves now showing his claws. "I have something for you" he mumbled fidgeting in his pokets.


Mastudo just looks at him and just let out a frustrated grunt. "You have something to give me."

"Yes" Aedin said pulling his hand out with his claws dipped in blood. "Be still and this will only hurt for a moment" Aedin said stabbing his claws into Mastudo's chest, "that is blood from a healer it will heal your wounds and you will be fine by morning....."


Mastudo looks at him curiously and asks, Why are you helping me?

Moira has a hard time locating Adrien. I wish he would shout or something.

"Because i may end up....needing your help and everyone else here but for now i have to heal villen and Atsuki so if you will excuse me...." Aedin said walking into the Infirmary.

Walking into the room with Atsuki, Aedin tells the doctor with his claws drenched in blood, "Leave now....."

The doctor nodded quickly and left the room.

Atsuki this is going to hurt but it will make it better Aedin said speaking into his subconcious mind befoer jabbing his blood drenched claws into his wound.

Atsuki grunted but was otherwise still.

As Adrien stands in his study, he wonders out loud noticing the smell of fresh blood, "i hope my brother doesn't get in more trouble he is really and idiot...."

Moira walks in his study and knocks on his door. "Adrien" She manages to get out a hoarse whisper.

"Come in" Adrien saids sighing, "What do you want Moira.."

Moira just walks in slowly while rubbing her temples. "Aedin wants to see you." Moira fights a shiver as she remembers his cold words to her brother.

"Great what did he do now..." Adrien said getting up and walking to Moira.

Moira tries to speak about the incident but finds her words dieing on her lips. She just shakes her head and says...I don't know all the details...will you see him?"

"Why are you lying to me..." Adrien said annoyed now.

Moira bristles at that. "I AM NOT LYING COMPLETELY! I WAS KNOCKED OUT BY MASTUDO! I only know the words he said to my brother...It scared me..."

"Tell me what he said so i know what i am coming into..." Adrien said getting more agrivated.

Moira lets out a shaky sigh. "Earlier before he told me to get you..he said to my brother So if one dies you all die. do you really think i care about that it just means my hands will be stained with the sweet smell of blood and i will taste far more than you. Moira begins coughing again.

"Oh" Adrien said teleporting immediately, I hope he isn't.....

Appearing infront of Satul, Adrien said callasly, "where is he did he go into his blood lust trance...."

"Your brother," Satul said simply, "Is in the other room."

AEDIN COME HERE NOW.... Adrien said knowing he would hear him.

Hearing his brothers call echoeing in his head, Aedin walked out of the room with Atsuki claws stained with blood, "Yes....b..b..brother."

"What did he do..." Adrien turned to ask Satul. Damnit Atsuki i told you to release the seal we put on his powers if that ever happened...

"Why don't you ask your brother?" Satul said boredly.

"Just answer me I am not in the mood to deal with his childishness" Adrien said annoyed.

"Find your own damn answers." Satul said darkly, just barely refraining from snapping Adrien's neck, he left the room, his dark aura trailing after him.

"don't treat me like some lowly servant" Adrien snapped, "I am in a foul mood right now...."

"Don't snap on me and I won't treat you like a lowly worm." Satul faded into the shadows, entering his office to plan for the recapture of the girl.

"Eugh that annoying whelp" Adrien shouted so he knew he could hear him, "Now as for you what did you do..."
"Ummm I....I...I don't really remember everyone just told me i lost control...and woke up later i almost killed the girl, Lanzer, Mastudo, and Miora....." Aedin said nervously looking down.

Moira walks back in and sees her brother sleeping but then leaves quickly as she only gets some supplies as she goes into the library on the far end of hall.

"Call me when Atsuki awakens..." Adrien said annoyedly, "I have matters to attend to..." he said teleporting to Satul's Study.

"Since when do you treat me like that you have never done that before" Adrien said to Satul aggrivated.

"Are you going to answer me damnit" Adrien said even more agrivated now, "wait where is your brother he is usually attached to your damn hip...."

"My brother... Ah, he's still in the girl's cell..." Satul replied, "And so you know, I don't appreciate the attitude you had with me earlier." Satul said coldly.

"And i don't particuarily like the way you talked to me either i am not some Lowly worm like you so ever gracefully put it" Adrien said calming down a little now.
Aedin, get Lanzer and bring him here..... he said to his brother.
Yes brother Aedin said walking down to the cell where he last saw him, "Lanzer...Lanzer wake up..."

Dark Phoenix let out a very weak, almost unintangeble moan. Blood was pooled around him and he looked extremely pale.

"Great" Aedin said dripping some of the healers blood in his wounds, "there now get up and come with me our brothers want us....."

"Now that Aedin is taking care of that..." Adrien said sighing, "why did you get so irritated with me you know I have been in a foul mood lately and i was very irritable..."

His eyes flickered open and they glowed a soft red. "Brothers? I have no brother!" He snarled as he lept to his feat.

"Why did I get so irritated you ask?" Satul scoffed, "Because I have to deal with you on top of an escaped prisoner and your brother's mischief."

"Well i hadn't done a damn thing until your ass snapped at me Satul...and something is going on with your brother we can finish this later we need to check it out...." Adrien said sighing annoyedly.

Dark Phoenix stumbled slightly at his fast movement. His mind raced with thoughts and emotions. The only one he could clearly think on was this, he had to get out of there and find Avella. "Leave me alone." He said quietly as he started to move past Aedin.

"Adrien is waiting on you i'd suggest you don't piss both him and Satul off..." Aedin said sighing, he is not himself.. he moaned to Adrien and Satul.

"I don't give a damn what either one wants, I am going for a walk! Leave me alone or I will hurt you." Dark Phoenix snapped in anger.

"Please don't annoy me i really can't afford another fight and neither can you...unless you want me to risk turning back to that damn monster again...." Aedin said slightly annoyed.

Moira hears commotion and walks out in the hall to see what is going on. "What is all the noise about?"

"I said I am going for a walk." Dark Phoenix said walking out into the hall. He headed for the exit, feeling a little dizzy. Avella..please be safe. I pray I can maintain my memories He thought, keeping his mind shielded by his gift.

"Damn i will go see what is going on i suggest you come along as well Satul" Adrien said teleporting to Lanzer.
"Lanzer what do you think you are doing I summoned you as did your brother.." he said angrily.

"I don't give a damn! You can go to hell and take my brother with you for all I care! I need time to think and I am going for a walk so leave me the hell alone!" Dark Phoenix snapped. "And by the way, my name isn't Lanzer, he is dead! I am Dark Phoenix, that beast you call brother is a monster!"

"Don't get me started on Aedin right now" Adrien said to dark Phoenix, "Now i really don't give a damn if you go for a walk i will just go with you, but i had something i needed to talk to you about so now if you don't mind...." he added grabbing him and teleporting the both of them outside. "Now that we are alone, what happened to you boy...."

Satul sat behind his desk, massaging his temples, "What an annoying day this has been..."

Dark Phoenix just stared back at Adrien. "Nothing.Nothing has happened to me aside from your brother attacking me, and I going through hell for the past few weeks. I would prefer it if I could walk alone to clear my head, good night." Dark Phoenix replied turning and walking away from him.

"Stop acting like an arrogant little lost child" Adrien shouted to him, "You have gotten stronger much stronger than that little boy that used to chase me and satul around, but you have no control over your skill that is why i took you out here to show you waht a little control can do...."

Moira just throws her hands up in defeat and just goes to tend to her grumpy brother. I just don't get men.

"Has it occurred to you that perhaps I am uninterested in following you or Sutal around any longer? I have decided I am no longer going to be anyone's lackey, please just leave me alone while I clear my head." Dark Phoenix said realizing he wouldn't get rid of him by being rough.

"Who said anything about being anyone's Lacky,I was just coming to show you how to control your new powers" Adrien said less annoyed now.

"Your power is not like mine..mine is unique...I don't think I was ever truly human." Looks up at the sky. "I felt it sometimes..a dark essence, something that had been building but never breached the surface, when I was younger I think it nearly came to the surface..but than I faced a tragedy and I think I blocked it, as well as some of my memories..I don't think you can train me, I think perhaps there is only one who can." Dark Phoenix said as though speaking more to himself than to Adrien.

Atsuki awoke slowly, disoriented but no longer in pain. He sat up uncertainly, looking around.

"Don't even think about that girl Phoenix she is not like you either you are one of a kind and it doesn't matter about what powers you have i taught Aedin how to use his powers and mine are nothing like his it is just controlling them and practicing with me would be perfect because you know i won't hurt you and you can hardly touch me at the level you are at now...." Adrien said smiling.

Dark Phoenix' eyes flashed angrily at that, but he quickly calmed himself. "Who says I am thinking about her? I don't think you truly understand, I don't think anyone does. Now if you excuse me I think I am going to go for a walk, perhaps I will take you up on that offer later, but for now I am weary and in need of a long walk to clear my head." He said walking away.

Teleporting infront of him, Adrien said sighing, "fine if you want to i don't care the only thing i give a damn about is you trying to betray us again.....i cannot allow that to happen again my brother told me everything that Lanzer did and if you make the same mistakes then i will be forced to eliminate you...and i don't want to do that......" before he walked past heading back to base. "I will be in my study when you return..."

"I am not a traitor."Dark Phoenix said calmly as he walked away.

Atsuki slipped into the hallway, looking around he saw nobody, "Where's my sword..." He muttered, realizing that it was not in his sheath, and that it had not been in the room that he had just abandoned.

"Walking into Satul's study, Adrien dropped a stack of completed paperwork on his desk asking, "what is with the other girls escape the one that could manipulate life forces and elements?"

"What about her?" Satul questioned, looking up.

"How did she escape...nevermind it looks like your brother has lead me to the other girl i will bring her back do you want to come that way it is assured?" Adrien asked sighing, "I can beat them own my own but i'm not sure it's worth the risk to our plans....."

Dark Phoenix blocked his mind completely from the others and focused on Avella's connection. As soon as he found it he teleported to her, erasing his tracks completely, and redirecting it in another direction.

He realized something was wrong and found the tracking device, cursing he tore it off and teleported it in another direction before continuing on.

Kaya stumbled a little as she walked in the woods, she had been a loner but she realized that right now she wanted to be with Avella..she seemed so nice.
Kaya rounded a turn and cried out in surprise as she saw Avella. "Avella! Are you ok?" She asked rushing over.

Avella stumbled in surprise, dropping both swords to the ground, "Wha-" She blinked, catching sight of Kaya, "Kaya, where are we?"

"In the woods..I am soo glad I found you." Kaya said, not noticing Avella had used her true name as she hugged her.

Suddenly Dark Phoenix appeared infront of Avella. He looked at her for several minutes, to glad to say anything.

Avella jumped in surprise at his sudden appearance before giving a small sigh, "Come to take me back?" She murmured.

"Yes..I have." Dark Phoenix said before wrapping her in a hug. "I am so sorry I forgot..but I remember now.Are you allright?"

Avella looked at him with tear-filled eyes, "You're really back?" She whispered.

"Yes. And I swear I will try to protect you tell the day I die!" Dark Phoenix said and giving in to his desire he kissed her on the mouth. "I love you Avella, I always have, I think I was ment to be your protector, that's why my gift is like yours, and I was able to give you the Phoenix..part of my soul."

Kaya watched them feeling a little happy.

Avella's heart fluttered in delighted surprise and she couldn't resist kissing him back, "I was so sure that I'd lost you..." She murmured, pressing herself against him as though afraid that if she let go he wouldn't be there anymore.

"I was..in a dark place. Now I am back." He said kissing her again. "We need to find a safe place..where is Mustudo?" Dark Phoenix asked.

Kaya shook her head. "I don't know.."

"He..." Avella took on a troubled look, "I think that he might actually work for them..."

"I didn't think he was trustworthy..let's find a safe area..my wounds need healing, and it looks like you could do with some rest and re cooperation..Avella..I still don't remember everything..I will need your guidance or I fear I may slide back into darkness." Dark Phoenix said.

"I'll be there for you..." Avella murmured, hugging him tighter for a moment.

He hugged back feeling happy for the first time in days. "Let's find a safe haven..we may need to find a way to disguise us better..who was that man you reacted to?"

"Reacted to?" She echoed uncertainly.

"The man..you gave your desguise up for..I sensed him..he seemed a little familair."

"Oh... him..." Avella looked sad, "He... is my older brother, Atsuki."

"Y..your brother? Was he converted than?" Phoenix asked, hugging her tiughtly.

"Y-yes..." Avella said softly, tears in her eyes, "I thought he was dead... b-but he was converted... and doesn't remember me now..."

Dark Phoenix held her close and tried to comfort her. "We will find a way to fix that..and all the evil Sutal has done."

"I know..." Avella gave a watery smile.

He wiped away the last tears and led her to a safe area for the night.
Kaya followed, tryting not to be obtrusive.
"What if Sutal has a way of tracking you? He is your brother.." Kaya said as she thought about it.

"I'm sure that Satul won't be able to track him..." Avella murmured quietly.

"But..what if he can? I don't want to place the two of you in danger..perhapes I should leave.." Dark Phoenix said in destress.

"Please... don't leave..." Avella murmured, "I don't want you to go..."

He hugged her tightly trying not to cry. "I don't wish to leave either..but I can't place you in danger, I will find you when I know it's safe, and my b..Sutal can't pursue me."

After about 2 hours of dealing with her brother she walks in the woods. Sheesh I don't know which way is up or down. I am just fed up with always being left in the dark. Satul don't really use me anyway. I mean here I am walking the woods and nothing has happened to me. If it were the men he would have called each of them back in a heart beat.

Moira, you shouldn't go wandering, right now I need everyone here... Satul called to the woman.

"Satul who are you talking to and are you going to answer my question...." Adrien said getting slightly annoyed at being ignored.

"I was talking to Moira..." Satul said, turning his cold stare towards Adrien, "You can take Villen since he's apparently back from his previous mission."

"Don't look at me like that...oh and i think i will bring Aedin as Atsuki as well Villen isn't strong enough to fight them with me..." Adrien said walking out, "Your brother went to see them what should i do.....should i eliminate him...."

"What're you talking about?" Villen pushed the door open, "I'm just fine... I could use another mission about now anyway, I was gettin' restless."

"I am still bringing Atsuki and Aedin with us..." Adrien said, and as for your brother i will just bring him to you since you refuse to accept his betrayal Satul..you are not the only one this hurts.....remember that...
"Villen lets go" Adrien said walking out the door, Atsuki, Aedin meet me at the armory...

"Do we really need to bring more than necessary?" Villen sighed, "The two of us should be more than enough, three and four is really pushing it..."

"NOt for Lanzer and the girl Avella and i think there is one more as well the other girl that escaped before Kaya was her name we have to prepare for anything now just stop questioning me Satul is the only one with authority over me" Adrien said to Villen, And i consider us equals Satul... "Now lets go,Atsuki, Aedin hurry up.." he said teleporting him and Villen to the ARmory where Aedin awaited them.
"Lets get this over with..." Aedin said sighing.

Villen shrugged, "Whatever you say..." He muttered.

Atsuki was looking through the swords dispassionately, "These are all so crudely made..." He sighed, finally lifting one and exiting the armory.

Moira sighs and obeys knowing full well what they are going to do. "Oh now he notices. What use am I...to these gifted people?" Moira can faintly hear this guy called Lanzer and Avella in the distance.

"Atsuki before we go i need to talk to you privately Aedin take villen and wait outside...
"Ok brother" Aedin said sighing, "Villen, come with me..."

"What do you need?" Atsuki asked, leaning against the wall.

"Do you remember when we put the seal on Aedin because he was losing control of his powers..." Adrien said, "well that is why he is going into this trance. The seal is breaking we must either remove the seal or creat a stronger one...."

"That, eh?" Atsuki shook his head, "I think that for now we need to create a stronger one."

"I"m not so sure because the one on him is the same one we use to bind your powers and that is the strongest one either of us know....." Adrien said annoyed.

Atsuki shook his head, "I changed my seal years ago." He replied, "But, if you honestly want him to go around without a seal, you'd best take care of him and keep him from his little mishaps."

"I'm not talking about inbinding him...I mean find a different seal...do you know of a stronger one?" Adrien said sighing.

"Yes," Atsuki replied, "I do know of a few stronger ones that we can try."

Moira just sighs and wonders what it is like to be useful. Must be nice to have family that loves you. Moira seems to be in a flashback daze.

"Ok well should we before or after the mission if we do it now he may not be any use for the mission, but if we wait he may still not be because he will be out of control everytime he used his powers....." Adrien said sighing. "Well none the less we have more...pressing matters at hand lets be on our way for now we will decide what to do before we find them though....."

"Yes, we'll figure something out." Atsuki agreed, "Let's head out then, shall we?"

"take the mental barrier down we will need to all be clear to commmunicate with out being heard..." Adrien said teleporting outside. "Aedin, Villen once Atsuki comes out we will leave i hope you are prepared....."
"Yes brother I am ready and i think Villen is as well...." Aedin said shyly.

"I've been ready," Villen nodded his agreement as Atsuki appeared near them.

"Very well then let us be going now" Adrien said walking off through the woods with Aedin tailing him thinking, I wonder what him and Atsuki needed to talk about.....

Atsuki and Villen followed a few feet behind, "So, how do you know where you're going?" Villen called to Adrien.

"Well i had planted a tracking device on one of them, but it doesn't seem to be working so we are going to where i saw it last before it shut off....." Adrien said sighing.

"I see," Villen nodded.

"Well it was destroyed and they quickly moved on most likely but that would be a good place to start...." Adrien said. "Aedin can you sense anything...." he added to his brother. "No...unfortunately...." he replied.

"we are here and as i Expected...nothing....Atsuki take the right, Villen, Aedin take the left, I will go to the north and scout there as well meet back here if you find them do not engage them only watch then return here in two hours finding them or not....." Adrien said teleporting away.
"Well Villen i don't know why we were paired but lets go" Aedin said walking east.

Villen shrugged, "Guess one of us had to get stuck with a pair." He said simply as Atsuki moved off to the west.

"He doesn't trust me...." Aedin thought outloud walking with Villen.

Villen shrugged, "Well, from what I've heard, you've lost control of yourself twice now in the past few days, I wouldn't blame him if that was the case..."

"Why did he pair me with you...." Aedin said sighing, "I would hhave rathered Atsuki....you are annoying..."

"Annoying?" Villen said, his voice low in irritation, "Why, might I ask, and I annoying to you?"

"Do you ever shut up i wasn't even talking to you i was thinking and it came out is all i didn't want a response from the likes of you" Aedin snapped walking farther ahead.

Moira wonders from the group and actually bumps into Aedin and falls to the ground. "Oh sorry Aedin" She does not meet his eyes.

"Moira what are you doing Satul called you.....he is going to be furious if you don't go back soon" Aedin said picking her up.

"Cocky little punk," Villen growled at Aedin's earlier comment, striding ahead of the two.

"Shut up you damned fool" Aedin said his eyes beginning to glow.
"Aedin go back to base with Moira..." Adrien said appearing beside him, "And Villen learn when to quit you were picking a fight you could not hope to win.."
"But brother i am....fine" Aedin said taking Moira's hand as began walking back to base.

"Don't you tell me what fight I can or cannot win." Villen glowered, his hair bursting into flames, "That little punk needs to learn when to keep his mouth shut."

"Do you wish to challenge me Villen" Adrein said annoyed, "he was beginning to change again so i just saved your life and me more paperwork...." blocking his mind form Aedin, Adrien said to Atsuki, make sure that Aedin and Moira get back to the base then i will meet you at the point with or without Villen i haven't made my mind up yet...

"You saved his life." Villen corrected, "Either way, that doesn't matter right now, we've got a mission if you do recall."

"You really think you had a chance agaist him in that state" Adrien said laughing, "and you are right about the mission but you haven't answered my question so i guess it was a No so shut up and follow orders." Atsuki did you hear me?

Steam rose off of Villen's body in impermiable waves, "Guess the cockiness runs in the family," He ground out angrily.

"Do you wish to challenge me" Adrien said even more annoyed now, "and just for your information we are not blood brothers i found him and brought him up as my younger brother....."

"I never said blood." Villen replied coldly, "And you're seriously making me want to kill you right now... But what you seem to be forgetting is our orders."

"I am not forgetting anything and just so you know Satul is the only one who has ever bested me and it nearly cost him his life just to beat me...so once again do you wish to challenge me" Adrein said fairly aggrivated now.

"Later, after we've finished the mission," Villen ground out, "And Satul's been the only one to best me at near the cost of his own life as well."

"So why did the girl nearly kill you then...." Adrien said laughing as he telepoted to Atsuki saying, "why haven't you replied"

"She didn't nearly kill me," Villen rolled his eyes, "My partner vastly overexaterated."

"They're back at the base." Atsuki shrugged, "As to why I didn't reply- what need is there for speech? I simply grew bored of the argument between the two of you and blocked you out."

"He is very...aggrivating to say the least. Well none the less i have found nothing how about you?" Adrien asked calming down slightly. "Oh and i said not to block your mind we need a way to reach all of us at any time..."

"Try not to argue so much then." Atsuki replied, "And no, I didn't find anything at all."

Villen shook his head, his flesh still steaming and his hair still flaming.

"Gah you haven't changed since you all were children have you" Adrien said laughing slightly, "Well lets go to Villen then i suppose" he said grabbing Atsuki and telepoting them to Villen saying, "well we have found nothing and you are on fire..." before laughing again.

Villen shook his head, "It's quite normal." He said simply, dousing the flames with a simple flick of his wrist.

"Well if you have that little control over your power to lose control when you get angry, then i can't emagine how Satul was even injured by the likes of you but every other directon has been searched so this is the last part we haven't" Adrien said smiling.

"I don't lose control of it." Villen said crisply.

"Ooh then what do you call what happens when you get mad if that is control over it i truly am blind" Adrien said laughing slightly more, "And Atsuki don't bother saying anything about our little tussle it will acomplish nothing since you are with us just block us out or something" he added smiling.

"Giving it free reign." Villen said simply, "Don't act like you're superior to me, it gets on my nerves."

Atsuki rolled his eyes and turned away, "You both need to learn to control yourselves." He said simply.

"I can control myself i haven't done anything so far just reply simply" Adrien said to Atsuki, "well i'm bored with this now so lets just do this and i will deal with Villen later."

"Deal with me?" Villen scoffed, "We'll see who gets dealt with when the time comes."

"Why do you have to be so hot headed" Adrien said snickering a little, "I had dropped everything for now so just move on with your life and we can finish this later."

"Don't call me hot-headed you cocky bastard." Villen said in a low voice.

"Umm bastard maybe..cocky no and you are hot headed literally" Adrien said smiling, "now like i said before this can wait until we finish our mission since you were so enthusiastic about it before..."

"That's exactly what I mean." Villen rolled his eyes, "Let's just go..."

"What exactly are you talking about" Adrien said starting to get annoyed again.

"Oh nooo, it's as you said, this can wait until we finish our mission." Villen replied mockingly.

"I suppose you are actually right for once" Adrien said smiling, "maybe you aren't the arrogant fool i thought you were, just arrogant."

Villen shrugged, "Go ahead, keep up with the comments. That's not going to change anything."

"What comments, I am just saying what I have seen" Adrien said smiling.

"Oh, I'm very certain." Villen practically snarled, "Let's just continue our search."

"You'd best be because it is true" Adrien said smiling still.

"No, what's true is that you're a big mouth hotshot who thinks the world lays at your feet. In truth, you deserve to go up in flames." Villen said angrily.

"Actually i could careless if the world bowed to me i am only even here because satul is one of my closest friends and two if you really wish to continue this you'd better be sure you can beat me because i do not hold back for anyone even a little worm like you.." Adrien snapped.

"Little worm?" Villen snarled, swinging his body around to face Adrien, "How dare you call me a worm you bastard, I'm so sick of your voice you're even lower than a bloody worm!"

"I'd highly suggest you don't do that again" Adrien said teleporting behind him instantly holding his blade to the back of his neck.

The blade melted and pooled at Adrien's feet as Villen turned, "I'd highly suggest you don't try that again." He glowered.

"Hey I only have two of those" Adrien said annoyedly,"now i am guessing you do wish to challenge me" he added disappearing again in a swirl of shadows.

"You're the one that challenged me." Villen said, fire in his eyes.

"I warned you just remember that" Adrien said gliding by slashing with a shadow blade.

"You warned me?" Villen scoffed, destroying the shadow blade with his flames, "Don't make me laugh."

"Adrien, Villen, knock it off!" Atsuki growled low in his throat.

"Atsuki you'd best stay out of my way lest you wish to join Villen in this fight, I'd suggest you stop him before kid gloves come off" Adrien said appearing infront of Villen blasting him with a powerful shadow pulse before teleporting again.

Villen stopped the shadow pulse from hitting him with a simple wave of his hand, "You think you can beat me?" He growled.

"Both of you just need to knock it off." Atsuki muttered, "We've a mission if you don't recall."

"I do rememeber but before i do anything else, I am going to put this little boy in his place..." Adrien said annoyed at Atsuki now for talking down to him as well.

"Put me in my place?" Villen laughed darkly, "I highly doubt that I'll be the one to be put in any sort of place."

Atsuki shrugged, "I'll go off ahead then. If either of you live, feel free to come looking."

Stopping for a second standing there, Adrien said to Atsuki smiling, "Ok well i don't plan on killing him or really hurting him so we will both probably meet you there" while completely ignoring Villen.

Villen rolled his eyes, "Knock yourself out," He muttered.

"What did you say" Adrien said looking back at him smiling, "well i'd guess i'd better get this over with" he added starting to walk over to Villen.

"Try as you like," Villen replied with a smirk, "You'll not succeed."

"Very well i'm sorry you feel this way" Adrien said slicing his thumb lightly with his sword, "I hate to use this but i did say I would not hold back and you seem confident you can take anything so i guess you cna handle it" he added rubbign a small symbol in the palm of his hand in blood mumbling incoherently.

"Go ahead, use everything you've got." Villen sneered.

Paying no attention to Villen's ramblings, Adrien continues mumbling before saying, "seal release" as his eyes began to glow a light violet he disappeared.

"Ahhh, so you've sealed off a lot of your magic too then?" Villen laughed, "I won't need to break my seal to win this."

"I've not unsealed all of my magic i created multiple seals before i faught Satul so i didn't hurt him this is still only a fraction of my strengh..." Adrien said appearing and disappearing all around Villen.

"Haha, Satul held back when he fought you." Villen sneered again, "And I don't need to break my seal either, go ahead, bring everything you've got."

"If you are so cocky why don't you just attack" Adrien said stopping infront of him. "Unless all you can do is defend...."

"I'm not cocky, which is why I'm no fool." Villen sneered, "Go ahead, try and get me to slip up by making me angry. I'll give you a little secret- the angrier I am the more powerful I become."
